Query: Peroneus Brevis Tendon Repair

I performed a repair of a chronic peroneus brevis tendon tear. The surgery entailed debridement of the involved margins, and "tubularization" of the tendon. Any suggestions regarding correct coding?

Codingline Response: The primary repair of a torn flexor tendon without a graft would be CPT 27658; a secondary repair of a torn flexor tendon (i.e., peroneus brevis with 'old' partial tears ("chronic tears"?) with or without a graft would be CPT 28659.
