Query: Sole Supports

Recently, I was speaking to a colleague about custom orthotics. He told me about a company called Sole Supports. Their product requires a slightly different casting technique to produce an orthotic with an accentuated arch. I watched the video on their website, and it looked very interesting. Does anyone have any experience with this product?
