RE: Inexpensive Nail Nippers

Several months ago, a patient brought some curved nail nippers saying that they were from her podiatrist brother. They looked almost new. The 5" curved style clippers (Neat Feet item #00454) are made by a company called TRIM. I found they worked great on almost all nail types, especially very thick, mycotic nails.

This product is available at Target and other retail stores. They are stainless steel, autoclave safe, and can be left in a cold sterilizer. The only bad part is that the springs break often, but it has a lifetime guarantee and can be exchanged at the store where purchased. The GREAT news: $7.88!
