Ease Patient Waits

Entertain patients while they wait. A chiropractor’s office in California displays a slideshow of inspirational quotes and beautiful photographs in the waiting room.  The result: Patients don’t mind waiting and are less stressed when it is time for their treatments. “Some patients don’t even leave when treatment ends,” says Dr. Stephen Ward. “They sit back down in the waiting room to watch more slides.”
