Integrate New Employees Quickly

 

Maximize your investment in hiring new employees by boosting their performance and retention. Provide new hires with proper information and resources from the start and they will become valuable team members.

 

Create a checklist that includes these elements:

•  Welcome new employees by providing a fully stocked and functional work area.
•  Describe the practice's culture, both the written polices and unwritten rules.
•  Outline the metrics used to evaluate employees. Let them know from the start how you will be measuring their performance.
