name, is still a callus. I suggest you code it,
ICD-9 700 (corn, callus) unless there is a
diabetic component to it (add ICD-9 250.xx), or a
subcutaneous hematoma/injury (ICD-9 959.7 foot or
ICD-9 959.9 unspecified site).
