a cylindrical calcaneal graft?

harvesting a "minor or small (eg,. dowel or
button)" bone graft
CPT 20902 reflects harvesting a major or latge
bone graft.
However, these procedural codes are intended to
be used when you are harvesting a bone graft at
a distance (i.e. separate incision) from the
procedure in which you will place the graft.
If you harvest a calcaneal graft to repair a
cyst within the calcaneus, harvesting of the
graft through the same incision would not be
separately billable
